This document, originally published in 1922 by the Imprenta Juan H. Kidd y Cía. of Buenos Aires, constitutes a valuable testimony of Argentine evangelical Protestantism in the early decades of the twentieth century. The 'Outlines of the Seven Meditations' collect the series of sermons delivered by William C. Morris and Pastor Remigio Vázquez 'at the Services of Spiritual Awakening and Revival during the week of November 6 to 13, 1921' at the 'Capilla Evangélica de General Urquiza.' William C. Morris, a central figure of Río de la Plata Protestantism and a renowned missionary leader, together with Remigio Vázquez develops a complete exegesis of the Parable of the Sower, structuring each meditation around a specific element of the parable: the Sower, the field, and the different types of ground that receive the seed. The text belongs to the historical archive of the International Baptist Theological Seminary and is reproduced here in its entirety as a facsimile, thus preserving the visual experience and format of the original publication.
