Abstract

This essay explores the importance of intergenerational relationships within the church, emphasizing how they can help bridge generational gaps and create a more cohesive ecclesial community. It highlights the need to design educational experiences that meet the unique needs and perspectives of multiple generations, enabling churches to cultivate deeper spiritual growth and foster a more meaningful sense of belonging. The essay also examines the challenges and opportunities presented by generational diversity, emphasizing the importance of mutual respect, understanding, and collaboration.

Author Biography

Daniel Andrés Rivera Rosado, Instituto Bíblico JFU (Puerto Rico)

Daniel Andrés Rivera Rosado es Ministro Ordenado de la Iglesia Cristiana (Discípulos de Cristo) en Puerto Rico. Actualmente sirve como Director del Instituto Bíblico “Rvdo. Juan Figueroa Umpierre”. Anteriormente ha sido pastor rector en ICDC Jagüeyes y pastor asistente en Educación Cristiana en la ICDC Metropolitana. Posee un Bachillerato en Sociología de la Universidad de Puerto Rico, Recinto de Río Piedras y una Maestría en Divinidad del Seminario Evangélico de Puerto Rico. Actualmente es candidato doctoral en el área Educación de la Universidad de Arizona en su campus global. Ha sido capellán escolar y hospitalario, maestro y asistente de cátedra. Actualmente es el Editor en Español para d365.org de Passport Camps. También es el Editor General de la Revista para la juventud, Manifiesto 2:28 de la Iglesia Cristiana (Discípulos de Cristo) en Puerto Rico. Está casado con Desiré Díaz y vive en Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
